+1 on idea here. As I recall there is that flap way up on top you can see with the HVAC filter cover off. I wondered about that one--I used to think it was probably just a fresh (outside) air flap. But it is top there around the fan area, and I see in the diagram it is described as not just "fresh air" but also "air flow."

I have a question for the OP, do you in-fact have airflow, and plenty of it ?

That "Fresh air/airflow flap" is just the fresh air intake, but if it is closed when it should be open in normal non recirculation mode and the recirculating flap "V113" is closed as it should be in non recirculating mode then you would have no air to circulate, just as if it is in recirculating mode and the fresh air intake is closed as it should be but the recirculation flap fails to open you would have no air, So look to see if the fresh air intake flaps are open in non recirculating mode under the filter cover, if they are not, put it in recirculation mode and you should have air flow if flaps are working, if you have no airflow in either operation mode then neither set of flaps are in working condition (ODD), or you have a failed blower, if you have always had airflow, then ??? But I will keep thinking on the matter.

I finally got to the issue of my no heat problem.

First off When the heat was put on in the car it would only blow air not hot nor cold

Popped the trunk and tried to see if the issue was the heater core on the passanger side of the car, it is the part with 2 barrel looking things.

We took the part out of the car and hooked it up to a battery to see if it was working or not. It was NOT.

Went to a local junk yard about 10 miles away and thank goodness they had the replacement part. cost me about 100$.

Reinstalled the newer heater valve and YES THERE IS HEAT!!!

this is how I fixed my no heat issue hope I can help, just message me

How did you get the HVAC unit out? Was it difficult? I need to change my v113 and v107 motors and have been looking for clear instruction on accessing them. It seems the v113 I may be able to change by removing the wiper motor for access but I am not sure about the v107.
