hello

i have an s8 with the bang olufsen system. i tried is with an high low adapter but the power from the original amp is too powerful i burned 2 adapters.... now i have a 12“ 1000rms sub direct in the bang olufsen amp and it works great!

If you're handy with soldering - ditch the converter and hardwire an RCA cable directly to the input side of the amp which is a low-level signal. All the converter is doing is taking the output signal (high) back to low so this way eliminates the need. If the input signal to the amp is strong enough (1-2v) - you should'nt have any problems.
