and they covered it under a wiper blade scratch and not a crack thus a potential harmful break through. Wow! Did it impair vision?

I have glass coverage w/ my insurance. No deductible.
Didn't impair vision b/c it was on the passenger side, but it just looked ugly.
They never even come to look at the car before they call safelite to come replace it.

Be sure to check your auto wiper setting after the replacement...
I had a replaced windscreen and for MONTHS had an issue....they couldn't duplicate....then we (me and the service tech) started talking and lo and behold...a part was not put back right during the replacement...

Maybe I should try this, since I've got 4 years of windshield "blemishes", you know the little pitty things you only see on a bright sunny day at a certain angle and then I can start a new again.
