Sometimes when I read about people with car troubles, they come up here but they never get the "pertinent answers" and they get the run around, I do feel for their frustrations, because I've been there. If everyone who did something, make a thread, list all the things they worked on and posted... put it under their signature, all they need to do is "read my signature for your problems"... It would be nicer than "google me". When my car is stuck on the freeway, at night, in heavy rain or snow, I would be panic, and I sure wouldn't like someone telling me to google the darn problems. It takes a little time to go to my CP -->statistics --->Find all threads started by me. Now the keyword is started by me. I know I don't fix as many problems as many supper users here, therefore it only takes 15 minutes. Anyhow, my point is if someone has done something, and the list is in the signature, it's easy to refer to people who are in urgent need to read right away, it's more helpful that way.

May I make a suggestion.

If you were to make a separate thread that listed all the great things you have done then just put a link to that as your signature that would prevent threads getting overloaded with massive signatures.

It's one of my pet hates of forums, huge signatures with huge pictures that make a thread tedious to read.

I am sorry if it came over like that.

I understand what you said about turning off signatures but that would then prevent me to see his invaluable advice.
I was nearly trying to recommend a link in the signature to a index like thread to provide the means of access to the vast amounts of knowledge with out overloading normal topics with repeating text.
