Default I'd like to replace a few bulbs with LED's

I have a license plate bulb out, so I'm considering replacing several others around the car while I'm at it with LED's. The question I have is, which replacements will NOT throw a fault code? I'm not concerned with Fog lights right now, but possibly back-up lights, daytime running lamps, license plate bulbs, overhead interior bulbs etc...etc. I'd like the durability and look of LED's but don't want to open a proverbial can of worms, so to speak.

I did the overhead interior and license plate using LED's from Amazon, no fault codes.

I guess there are not extreme heat issues from the overhead's? How do they look? I don't care for that 'yellowish' glow from the incandescent's.

No heat issues so far, but I'm not using them a lot, they look very nice, give them a try.

I also found some cheap LEDs on Amazon that were recommended on here for the interior..they were like $12 for 10 of them and look great. I'm in same boat, 1 of my license plate bulbs are out. Found some on superbrightleds.com. Anyone have experience with bulbs from them?

I purchased a set of LEDs from ebay for $25 and had them in my 05 W12 and now my 09 W12. They have been working for well over a year with no heat issues. Looks great.

I also purchased a set of canbus led interior kit for my 05 and they looked great with no error codes.

I bought a bunch the cheaper ones and have used them with the same results. I have not completely replaced all my bulbs in the 09 yet. Project in the near future.

Picked up a 10-pack of can-bus LED's, replaced all trunk lights, and puddle lights. No issues so far. Went to replace the glove box light but I think the actual door switch has failed and I don't feel like ripping everything apart just to make it functional. Also changed overhead lights, the only issue there is that the LED'S won't allow for lower settings in city mode, etc. No real big deal though, really brightens up the interior.
