Default Truly safe machines

My 2005 A8L is no more but I did walk away from the wreck. Another driver coming the opposite direction made a left directly in fornt of me on a four lane highway and I hit the front passenger wheel and door at about 40MPH. The front of my car is absolutley destroyed and all four front airbags deployed. I have a minor concussion, broken left thumb and abrasions/burns from the airbags as well as a really sore neck but all-in-all am in good shape. These cars really take a beating without passing much to the occupants. I am hoping they total my car because there is no way I believe it could ever be repaired sufficiently. We are driving one of the safest cars on the road . .

Default Wow, glad you are okay

If you get the guts to look at your car again, post some pictures, would like to see how it deforms.

Default It's not mentioned very often, but the A8 is one of the safest cars on the road.

Glad you're ok!

Default I'm glad to hear you are ok Sir!

I hope you heal quickly and well!

The Belgiam Abassador and his driver a few months ago survived a high speed nasty wreck in his D3. Vorsprug Durch Technik. Is there a lawyer in the house?
