Hello everyone I know this is not a new issue but i can't find the answer anywhere. I have put 2009 A8L tail lights in my 2005 A8 W12 and all is well except the rear left outer is giving me a error code. I put old 05 light back in its place and error code goes away. Can i erase code with Vagcom or Open up light and check out. If i need to open and replace less or test how do i get it open it seems to be sealed with no access. Does the new taillight actually function fully or is there an actual failure of the taillight?

They fully function as they should and from just looking i can't see bulbs or anything out.

it before, search and you will find it. You need to switch the wire somehow.
