Upper radiator hose help

My upper hose has a crack and is leaking. I noticed the clip is on the bottom of the hose for some reason 😑.
So I'm just wondering if there are any tips to help take it off easier. I don't seen to have enough space to angle a flathead in there. Vehicle v10 s8

Go from the sides and pry the clip outward and downward to release with even one side released you can unclip the assembly. These clips are designed for ease of assembly line building of the vehicle.

Awesome thanks now I'm having a hell of a time putting the hose back in the radiator haha
