Default Valve Cover Gaskets

Just curious what people on here have paid to have their valve cover gaskets replaced? My work + school schedule is taking up more time that I'd like, so I'm bringing the car in to have them both replaced in a week. I was quoted at just under $600 for both sides.

Unfortunately, DIY is not an option this time around due to time.

$200+ parts is pretty decent!

Default What are parts for this

If sitting for a while, mine has burning oil smell after driving 10 miles or so. Goes away after about 20 miles. Assume it is leaking valve cover gasket. Besides the gasket, what else needs replacing?
Thought about waiting another 10,000 miles and changing plugs at this time.

Bad PCV valve can cause this. Not the typical duck quacking noise failure mode. Don't waste money on the $20 & $50 knock-offs. Buy the Real McCoy as the knock offs regulate pressure differently and usually cause the spewing of oil around the valve cover gaskets..
