Default vcds error (video) anyone know whats wrong?

can anyone tell me what is going on with my car? all the vcds channels suddenly behave like this (se video) is my ecu fried or is it the software/hardware

this first happened while i was going to calibrate my air suspension, it failed on wheel one and have behaved like this since, needless to say, not finishing the calibration has left me with a few fault on the dash display (no height adjustment until i drive a few min. and headlight level error)

You are using a genuine Ross-Tech cable/adapter, correct?

If it's not a real one that could be the problem as the software is updated all of the time.

Your best bet is to contact them and check. If it is not real than buy a new one as it's worth the money 100 times over and if you get a problem and post on here for some help I am 100% sure you will be asked to post a scan. So buying one will help you save money.
