VENTSSSSSSSS
How are the vents removed with the little tabs? It's frustrating I can't get the thing to move and I do not want to break them. Has anyone done this before and can give a little guidance? I am removing the dash to take out the MMI unit the gears are making noise.

Yes, but carefully. Those things are fragile and if they fell apart you will have additional jig puzzle.

This problem has been on for many times - why doesn't someone take the freaking pictures in the back of this vent plastic cover's TABs, there must be 2 little tabs holding it in place. Unbelievable with all these DIY people. When you know why and which direction you have to "move" to take it out, then the mystery is no longer there. I would never buy the Bentley for this procedure.
If you're up here to get information to save money by fix the car yourself, at least share something when it's done. Don't be a selfish "P.I.G". What goes around comes around.
Cheers,
