Voice activation security is locked?

Voice activation security is locked?
Each time I use my voice activation in my 2006 A8 is says it is locked. How do I get this unlocked? I do not remember adding any security code and already tried using the normal 1-2-3-4. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, Evan.

No, it is not a new component. I'm stumped as to how it used to work perfectly fine and now it does not. For any voice command it says that security is enabled. When I use the voice command of security to turn it off there are no codes that work. Plus I did not turn on the security.
