I’m in Canada Eh. I asked my local Audi dealer who loves me and my repair bills but they had no idea supposedly. I need to access an Harness plug that is causing a light on the dash. The only way is to remove the seat. If I figure it out I’ll let you know .

It is documented in the Bentley manual IIRC. It has been literally 10+ years since I did it so I don't remember specifics beyond that I followed the manual. The seats were not particularly hard as I recall. You have to disconnect the airbags before removing in full.
