The US Audi dealers dont even have the procedure...so few W12s w/4place seating in the country I guess. I have been trying for two years to find someone that knows how. I want to remove my rear center console to change the wood, and I think the seats have to come out...but again I dont know for certain because there are no instructions for rear console R&R either ! And I want to take the rear center armrest out because that frame around the fridge is attached to the arm rest and the center "headrest" like piece is connected to that frame and I have one of the Euro "headrests" that open up and hold two highball glasses (or in my case it will hold condiments for picnics) that I want to install.

Let me know if you find out how to do any of those procedures. Are you in the US ?

I’m in Canada Eh. I asked my local Audi dealer who loves me and my repair bills but they had no idea supposedly. I need to access an Harness plug that is causing a light on the dash. The only way is to remove the seat. If I figure it out I’ll let you know .

It is documented in the Bentley manual IIRC. It has been literally 10+ years since I did it so I don't remember specifics beyond that I followed the manual. The seats were not particularly hard as I recall. You have to disconnect the airbags before removing in full.
