What Audi Dealer in the Queens / L.I. area has the best service dept?
I purchased my car from Riverside but I live in Queens, going there for service is a little far, can someone recommend a good Service Advisor to work with at what dealership does this SA work for? Thanks in advance.
My front rotors are warpped and need to be changed I hope the warranty covers this.

I purchased a 06 A8 SWB from Riverside,i also live in queens, i know its out of the way, but my advice is stick with Riverside, especially reagrding the Brake issue. Trust me. See if you can talk to the service department and express your concerns about the braking system. I am pretty sure you guys can come to mutually benefical arrangement.
