You sure you're not accidentally turning the steering wheel ever so slightly to the left as you press down on the cruise control stalk? Generally your left hand will be resting on the wheel when you operate the cruise control stalk and the same hand movement could very easily inadvertently cause the issue you describe.

No, i actually thought that myself ,I held the wheel lightly during all tests and it was definitely pulling to the left , in fact when I tried to correct it and keep the car straight and then disengaged the cruise control the car pulled to the right as I had the wheel slightly to the right to correct the left pull.

If it is caliper related it should do the same when you use brake pedal.

You mean seized caliper. Do you or does the shop that replaced the caliper have the Ross-Tech software & diagnostic interface (assuming not done at a dealer)? Pad thickness must be inputted to properly calibrate the caliper. Otherwise your conditions could be a result of improper caliper settings

+1 if issue isn't in regular braking, then in ABS circuit that adaptive cruise uses to slow down.

Stopped using parking brake and foot brake felt abs kick in hard and car stayed in straight line. Again with cruise control it pulls to left when using lever to decelerate and no fault lights come on.
I even tried an emergency stop just by slamming on the foot brake and again it stops in straight line so I ain't going to worry bout it as garage state without fault lights on it would be timely labour costs for a non essential problem.
