It's an '05 and those are the facelifted tail lights from the '08-'10 model. The old ones all work but one got a lens busted through by a garbage can, so I decided to upgrade all of them.

I could see about coding it ROW, is that just the tail lights you can do that?

So do all d3 parts work with each other? And also, how much did that cost you to get all 4 lens?

You can code the rear lights specifically ROW, but the SAE ones don't even have the LED's in the outer portion, you can see they are blank on close inspection, with holes where the LED's would be. The coding difference must just be for the voltage requirements, because even coded ROW, the blinker still appears to function the same, it's definitely a hardware difference between the two kinds, even if they look the same externally.

Oh, it wasn't just the lenses, I paid $625 for the set of 4 tail lights, which was far cheaper than I found anywhere else, most sets cost $800 or more. The whole internal structure is different on them, and I still have to wire them to make them work properly, as described at the beginning of this thread.

Do you by chance have the other lens you took out? Did they have moisture in them?

They all collect moisture in heavy, consistent rain but all work fine. I was going to refinish them, seal them, and sell them.

Alright, I appreciate it! That's about what I was thinking of doing, but before I took everything apart, I wanted to see if there was a proper way to do it other than that.

I am interested in the right side inner light and possibly the left, how much you going to sell them for?
