Settings are all the same as they've been for two years, but now the phone brings in a call and the radio display remains on the MMI instead of flipping to phone.

Also noticed no way to end call by multifunction wheel button if I dialed from the phone directly.

Any suggestions welcomed.

I see the same thing from time to time.
The other odd thing is sometimes Nav refuses to cancel and still shows in DIS tab.

Usually both go away after shutting down the vehicle.

No change - car has been shut off and locked so the loop would reset, multiple times, no difference.

Between annoyances like this, and the bigger one regarding the 'whoop' sound from the suspension (same forum), we are nearing the point of bailing on the car after 2 years and multiple unresolved issues.

Love the car otherwise, but Audi Engineering is really lame - they seem not to be able to resolve issues that should be resolvable (not this issue, but the suspension noise).

Thanks....if anyone has any other ideas on this, please chime in.

Probably need some sort of software change from Audi to resolve this one.

I haven't see either one of these issue to date (probable should not have said that) and hoping that I don't, but it has been know that depending on the day of the week a car is made plays a role in if it has issues or not.

For example cars built on a Monday or Friday have shown to be the most problems as the people building the cars are either not in the game on Monday's or looking forward to the weekend on on Friday's

Kind of doubt that one, but I remember long ago that hung over assembly folks on Monday and Friday had higher rates of failures.

Beyond that, the car WAS fine for the first year - no issues, or just minor/simple stuff.

Now at end of year two, the whoop noise from the suspension is prevalent even after a so-called major fix from Audi, and the quirky phone/MMI stuff I can deal with, but it is a bit annoying.

Washer reservoir bit the dust last weekend too - might be a hose or clamp, but that too is minor.

Suspension issue is the primary bigger annoyance.

Probably the only way to resolve.
Have heard of some minor updates to MMI SW, but nothing like the major jumps on previous models.

Only thing I can think of to try is clearing the call history on the phone itself.
I do this regularly on mine and it seems to make MMI more responsive.
Long shot, but worth a try...

Am hopeful the majority of this will be cleared up on the D5 and it's allegedly more modular electronics.
