Not sure what the RSE Manual is. While you'd receive the material delivered with your car, I've found that getting it in advance answers most, if not all, of your questions and gets you up to speed on the car's systems ahead of delivery. And you can always re-sell it later on :^)

RSE is the rear seat entertainment system
it is a secondary mmi with dvd player, two screens, ipod connection, navi access etc for rear passengers.
