before in OEM line

my view at my house lol

the millteck exhaust line

the OEM exhaust line with standart muffler and sport muffler
i put a full millteck line on my Audi S8 but i keep the cat
the sound is amazing when the flap is open in dynamic mode but if you drive in confort mode you hear nothing on the highway so it's perfect for me

Did anyone here ever end up trying the mods suggested here about cutting off that perforated pipe inside the rear cans? I’m having it done this Monday.

I wanted to update this thread. My buddy is welding back up the first one as we speak. Here’s some photos. It’s crazy that the in flow pipe that we just cut off just butted up against a sold piece of metal sheet so it must be super restrictive since 95% of the exhaust has to come through the perforated holes. I though there was going to be a big hole or at least perforated holes at the end. You’ll see what I’m talking about from the photos.

My buddy ran out of welding gas. So he’s got the muffler till Monday. So I’m straight piping it on one side at the moment. You all that straight pipe it on both sides with no the center muffler deleted as well are crazy. I have catted downpipes and the center stock muffler and just the one side deleted is so loud when I get on it and the drone is so bad between 2-3k rpm.

definitely from the straight side. That said it’s just the 2.5 inch pipe ending before where the stock muffler would be, I would imagine it’s a little bit better if it split out into two tips out the back
