Hello Everyone. I have a 2015 Audi A8 TDI that I am wanting advice on when it comes to tuning/programming/chipping. I have put programmers on my diesel trucks in the past but never an Audi. Need to see what is recommended and provides the best results.
Malone...............I will have to check them out and see. I have a 2015 A8 TDI 3.0 that I am looking to turn up. Right now it is stock besides cosmetic modifications. Before I jump right in, is Malone the type that you do yourself or like APR where you have to take it to a reseller every time you have to go to a dealership and pay their "uninstall" fee and then after your dealership visit, your "reinstall" fee?
Anyone use the stage 2 right out of the gates? Any issues? Check Engine Lights? Do I need to do any other suggested mods before going this route? Air Filters? Intakes? Exhaust?

I bought a 2014 A8L 3.0 TDI. It did NOT have the "fix". I got the fix done and soon after ordered and installed the Malone Stage 2 tune. I have chipped several other turbo cars with very nice results and this was probably the most improvement I have ever seen just from software. I have driven it with the tune now for just about 8 months, it has been flawless, car is much faster than it was pre-fix. This is my first turbo diesel but the Malone name was something I have heard of over and over. Beautiful tune, yes I would do it again.

I am thinking of doing Malone. How many miles were on the clock when you did the tune? How many miles have you driven since the tune? Thanks.

You have SUPER PEAKED my interest. Did you buy it offline or did you take it somewhere to be done? Are the prices negotiable or are they set in stone?
