Funny that this comes up, my Pirelli seem to have become noisier recently.

the brand new Pirelli p zero Nero’s on my car started to make a slight road noise after getting accident damage fixed to the front end (2 months in the shop). We thought it could be alignment, bunch of other things. After the noise became a full on rattle at high speed, it was discovered that the noise canceling foam in the tires had come loose, broke apart and was banging around inside. I put my wife on the case as I just didn’t have the time but they covered it under tire warranty and replaced with the p Nero’s without the foam and all is well again. I believe the foam this is a known issue from Pirelli, though not a full on recall I don’t think. I suspect in my case because the car sat for a while while at the body shop, tires developed a slight flat spot..so after rolling again it dislodged the foam and kicked off this nightmare.
