I was so scared by the impending turbo issues, that I decided to cross over to the dark side, and traded in my 2014 A8 4.0T with 73K miles for a Tesla Model S.

A different beast altogether.

I want to thank many on this forum who helped me navigate through many issues, specially MP. His knowledge and willingness to help is exemplary.

You don’t know how close I am to doing the same thing. Well not a Tesla, but something besides an Audi. I love this car but the risk of $12K repair is just too much to think about. Sadly I am not interested in any cars that are out there right now. So torn...
