Probably not a fuse but the actual lamp itself is out.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I'm about to tackle a similar issue with my cup holder lights. In my case the lighting still works but only if I wiggle the cup holder lid. In the open position it doesn't light at all. My current plan is to remove the center console cover, remove the lid, and then investigate connectivity.

I actually didnt do anything to it. The entire console has to come out. I dont have the time for it.
I found two youtube videos a Chinese took off the entire front dash. Was looking for the console didnt find anything.

My cup holder light also stopped working not long ago. It's hard to believe that the whole panel should be removed to change that freaking bulb. Is there any other way ? I will live without this F** light if it requires so much work

First the location of the clips and screws, once that's achieved the entire console comes off flip it upside down and remove the bulb unless its integrated into the cupholder. It's the time you'll need to get it done.

Steps in service manual include removing the center console trim before you can get at it. Looks like Audi uses a suction cup tool to pull up on the console and some trim wedges to get it removed. It looks like the cup holder is mounted to that center console trim from below. Check out https://www.factory-manuals.com/expa...anual-247.html to get your own copy of the manual. Worth the money IMHO.
