Any recommended Audi mechanics in Maryland?
I'm looking for a reliable independent shop or if anyone knows of a good Audi dealership that would help too. Willing to go to VA or DC too.

New German Performance (Lorton VA and Aberdeen MD) is the best
German Auto Group (Springfield VA) is decent
Audi Arlington is crap
Audi Annapolis is really good
I've heard great things about Audi Rockville, but I've never been myself
Kinda depends on what you wanna get done. Performance work.definitely NGP. Warranty work or just prefer a dealership...Audi Annapolis. Simple stuff like brakes, etc....German Auto Group

Good Indy Mechanic in NoVA
In this area, I have always taken them to NGP racing in Lorton (moved to Manassas VA about a yr or so ago) - they also have a sister shop in Aberdeen, MD, but i have not been there
They are definitely not the cheapest, but they do honest work, and are straightforward and very knowledgeable
Many of the customers have been there for years, through several cars- which tells you a lot - I have actually had 4 different audis taken care of by them
Also, no BS service advisor like you see in dealers or even some indy shops - the front desk/service advisors actually know what they are talking about, and you can have a real conversation, and/or the mechanics are available for explanation as well.
I have had about a dozen VAGs over the years so have a bit of experience with older audis, and mechanics, NGP knows what they are doing.
good luck,
Nick
