which one I need to jump together to get the side panel of buttons to adjust all the motors from the seat?
I found the phase and the neutral in the RED PLUG, but can´t get the phase to power up the side panel

Hey Sauce,
Don't give up on looking for the way to get the massage function to work.
While I don't "know" any of this for sure, it seems that all of the massage components are in the seat and once you can get power to them then it should work.

With all due respect, the module may select the massage function..... but once it does, it's simply a matter of providing 12 volts to start the pump/controller.
I am not saying you can control it through the seat switches, my take on it would be to provide a 12 volt connection to the massage motor/pump and then see if/how it works.
I'm assuming the MMI is a complicated switch that allows the front seat switch to control a number of function and are selected/displayed via the MMI.
Again, no disrespect as you have done way more than most would ever have tried.
