I have two faults with camshaft position sensors. Is it OK to drive until my next oil change to replace or should I replace them now? Attached is the Ross Tech Hex V2 fault

At least on D3, that fault would also turn on my CEL. If like D3, then motor will back off the valve timing, which affects both MPG's and performance. I clear codes for it once to see if it is random, or recurs. Replace by second round of codes. If under warranty still, leave it be and just head to dealer with codes still there. BTW, better to include year and motor in a thread like this so we can help answer questions more specifically and w/ less guessing.
