Cruise control update
Had another update today on the car, it was released on the 7th Feb for active cruise control.
The blurb says:
On Audi A7 and A8 vehicles with adaptive cruise control the software has been optimised with regard to the detection of objects and vehicle response when approaching other vehicles.
It took them about 45 minutes to apply it (after the server crashed halfway through their download!). I've really noticed a difference with it though. The car is less hesitant when other vehicles peel away on faster roads or even on slow roads. Dare I say it, but it feels a bit more like "natural" driving with it.
I think with the release in the US, it's making a difference and Audi are pulling out the stops. Hopefully, to everyones benefit.
