Will do. I e-mailed him today about another matter, and will ask the question when he responds. I'm pretty sure that the northeast region POE is Rhode Island, Providence I believe.

Thanks. I did my research too. Departure port is Emden, Germany and arrivals at Davisville, RI (for northeast). There is only one port for US northeast. I think all or most of the cargo ships also stop at Halifax, CA before reaching Davisville, RI.
