First Time Buyer of an Audi (If you can do it again, what would you do different???)
Hello All!
I'm new to the Audi world and this forum. My first experience with an Audi was a test drive with my wife (fiance at the time) and we were looking for a daily driver type SUV. I came across a dealership here in Los Angeles and test drove a 2013 Q5. I was pretty impressed with the pickup and acceleration but the car seemed more of a chic car and it needed to be handled delicately. It just wasn't enough room for me as a driver and I felt crunched. Since then, Audi has stepped it up with the S-Line Package making it more sporty. I left the dealership feeling unaccomplished due to not finding something of my taste. Although, I do not have brand loyalty(I love my BMW's) I love German cars as a whole and I saw the rise of Audi being the flagship of German cars 4 years ago.
What brings me here now is my potential purchase of an 13 Audi A8L 4.0
I've done my hw and research; this is the vehicle that fits my taste.
Below is the potential buy that I am close to closing on:
Audi A8L 4.0
(Comfort Pkg, Cold Pkg, Camera Asst Pkg Panorama roof)
Breakdown
$49,538 cost
$349.97 doc fee
$2500 optional CPO Audi certification
Total $52,387.97
Specs
13 A8L 4.0
one owner and dealer manager drives it as a DD
43,000 mi
Accident report on Carfax (hit a deer)
but repaired
Am I getting a fair bargain here?
If so, what would you all recommend regarding warranty and Audi Care Plus
Let me know your thoughts or suggestions
Thanks!

Personally, I like the rear reclining seat pack in the LWB, passengers love it.
TV, Keyless, soft-close doors are also nice to have.
I wished I had added ADC, TopView (4 Cameras), NightVision and Assist packages. Like you I had a good car and those were the options.
If you can get an extended warranty, you'll probably want to keep the car :-)
