In CA you can cash out/get a refund on a prepaid warranty type contract--where you pay a separate line item amount for it. But I haven't heard of that applying to one provided with the car without additional (unbundled) charge like an Audi CPO.

I appreciate all of the responses. I will check the CPO, on the Audi site and see whats up. Having the local independent shop do an inspection this coming week. Will post pictures after I put a fresh coat of sealant on today! I love this car.

Heard back from Audi and CPO warranty is still good till then end of June!!!

If that is the case, go over car with fine tooth comb. Run full VCDS scan. Do essentially a pre-purchase mechanic's type inspection. Or, pay an indy to do one who knows Audi's.

In particular, someone should get dirty and look thoroughly underneath. Take off all covers, look for any leaks whatsoever, look at all suspension parts, seals, CV boots, etc.
