Went on vacation. Car wasn’t started for 9 days, garaged. Started up as usual. All presets were there except SiriusXM. Their spots were just blank. What’s the deal?

Same car, similar issue if I don't start the car several days. Lose half or more of the SiriusXM presets as Sirius is updating channels. Seems to be an issue on the threads with no solution.

Same here, though infrequent. Some times after a 10 day vacation everything is in its place. Other times after a long weekend in the garage the car pouts and disposes of the presets. Can't find a rhyme or reason. Battery still strong. If this is the worst anomaly, I'm OK with it!

I have a similar problem. When Sirius sends an update I tend to lose some or all of my pre-sets. It has been going on for quite some time and there does not seem to be a fix.

This happened to me on Saturday, June 15th. I chalked it up to a major channel update with Sirius. It did not affect my wife's Q7, however. Her vehicle is a 2019.
It happened often over the Christmas / New Years Holiday time.
