Another great experience with Tire Rack.

I hit something in a construction zone last week which damaged the sidewall of my right front tire. The tire was originally purchased about a year ago from Tire Rack and came with their road hazard insurance.

My dealer checked the wear on my other three tires and said I would be fine just replacing the two fronts. I called Damon at Tire Rack and he suggested instead buying one tire and having it shaved to match the other 3. That saved me over $300.

Then I made a road hazard claim and they reimbursed me for 100% of the purchase price for the new tire + shipping.

Total savings over $600.

Great service and many businesses could learn a lesson from this. I'll continue to purchase my tires from Tire Rack.

They are consistent for sure.

Sadly with Canadian dollar in the dumpstster, the local place here beat tire rack by 1300 on a complete wheel set of oz and michelins.

I bought a great set of winters there once back in the dollars at par days.

I made a claim via the included road hazard coverage, and much to my amazement I received a new tire without any hassle. My installer sent a picture. Also got the tire shaved to match. Mike
