Where did you find that? Any coding involved?

In about a year it will look dim and fuzzy. Not sure what causes it but I had them on my D3 and over time that's what happened. More so on the drivers door than the passenger.

Lots of those available in a variety of graphic designs on eBay, Amazon and other places. Sense is the filters on the knock offs and "China" stuff don't have very stable dyes and get affected by the light intensity and/or heat. But they are cheap and can be changed occasionally. The real Audi ones do have a compact heat sink built into it.

I currently have a loaner Q5 with the rings. They do look nice. Think they would notice if it came back without them?

I have it too on mine, a lot of people think they're cheesy, but I like it. But I also like the new MB lighted star in the grill. Think Audi rings in the grill would look nice lit up, but very very very subdued, not brightly lit
