Rear O2 Sensor replacement $450?

Finally my CEL came on again, and so I took it to my VW/Audi independent mechanic. He has quoted $450 for a rear O2 sensor replacement (part + labor). Does it sound right?

RockAuto has Bosch and Denso. The price is between $80 - $117 depending on the one needed. Labor should be about an hour I would think. Maybe 2.

I got this done at the VW/Audi indy shop for $480. The dealer quoted $650!
