Hi guys,

Each time I use the shift paddles, the downshifts are pretty abrupt for RPMs over 2500. I checked the manual and it doesn't talk about rev matching at all, so I suspect that the transmission is operating normally.

Is this how your downshifts feel?

It's not a double clutch transmission and even though it shifts pretty darn fast the manual downshifts are not the smoothest. As motor and transmission mounts age you will probably notice it even more. I don't tend to manually downshift unless I want to use engine to help slow the vehicle.
