I hate to rock the boat though even though I am under warranty for three more years (I definitely don't want trouble). Ultimately, it is OK but just a LOT less than expected. I might have been spoiled with Range Rover and Lexus anyway

I find that it varies considerably based on the dealership.

So far I've been to 3 different Audi dealership service departments and have had distinctly different experiences with each in terms of service advisor responsiveness and desire to investigate/resolve issues. I even had to get Audi Corporate involved just to communicate with one of them.

But I must say that the best service that I've had from ANY brand vehicle that I've owned has been Acura, no contest. I've been to multiple dealers in multiple states over 25 years of continuous Acura ownership and the vast majority have provided top level service with knowledgeable service advisors, well trained mechanics, and clean loaner vehicles.

The only reason my latest purchase was an Audi was that the RLX did not interest me and the TLX is nowhere to be seen and perpetually delayed. Although if the new NSX ever shows up that may very well be my next new car.
