Same here. Haven’t been in the car the last three weeks until yesterday—After a series of dropped station listings over the course of several days during the holidays, nothing dropped from menu...all Sirius channel pre-sets were there and no Sirius “volume control” issue.

Mine has been fine since the new year when all of the holiday channels were dropped. I am not even going to bring it up to my service writer this week when I take the car in. Evidently this Sirius issue applies to MBZ and BMW, as well, and not just Audi, according to my Son, who drives a company provided C43 AMG Mercedes......lucky guy!

My son's 2010 A4 has Sirius , and It has not experienced the issues during the relevant time period. However, I don't believe it has the full fledged MMI of its era.

I’m still having issues with my presets dropping probably twice a month. Any updates regarding this problem?

Based on what we've read you just need to live with it. Happens to me from time to time as well - but usually for just one category if channel - for example just the sports stations or news stations. So strange.
