Hi. I would like to fit a discreet dashcam to the upper front windscreen, as I did with my previous D2/3. The former windscreen had black seats and the windscren has a graded smoke dimpled upper screen that hid the dashcam perfectly from view ... but still allowed good images.

My new D4 has a uniformly clear screen with cream leather seats. Wherever I place my dashcam on the screen, it sticks out like a sore thumb. I cannot find anyone who can apply a graded film to the upper portion of the screen to hid this dashcam and would welcome sensible suggestions where it can be sited for minimal appearance and to reduce the likelihood that some numpty will be tempted to try to steal it.
