Ok, this is a bit of a strange 1, the starter went on my car and the battery also was showing as bad so I have had both replace. The problem I now have is that the steering is heavy, like it's in dynamic all the time. It is not heave to the point that the power steering isn't working as all as you can hear the pump working and it's not ridiculously heavy. I have scanned it using obdeleven and it shows a fault code 02838 which when googled comes up about servotronic. Has anyone had this problem before? Do you need to do a certain procedure once the car is connected to the battery again or should I try pulling the fuse to see if it resets? Any other ideas? Thanks
