I've had some very good results recently with Adams products. Bought one of their buffers and their correcting polish and their buttery wax and made all the difference.

And how "bad" the paint is? Claying will induce marring (however minor it may be) no matter the paint. Not to mention you are dragging picked up contaminants over the paint.
You can drag them in clay or in wax. Duration should be shorter in clay

Car snow foamed, then rinsed, then washed with mitt and 2 buckets, then rinsed, then iron out, then rinsed, then clay bar, then rinsed, then dried and waxed. Wheels also cleaned specially and sealer put on them and glass cleaned. Only took 4 hours 😂

Edit: can't seem to insert a picture! Very annoying!

That's the regimen that most professional detailers are going to follow. My only suggestion would be don't cheap out on the clay. I usually get the Mothers kit from walmart but decided to try a cheaper kit on amazon...big mistake.

Bought a clay mitt which was getting good reviews and I am very happy with it. Amazing how parts of the paint felt rough and after a bit of time it's as smooth as butter 👍

I find washing the car to be very relaxing. In good weather (and when not traveling) I wash at least one car a week.

Looks great! Love how the front grill looks so huge without a licence plate on it. Unfortunately that's not an option here in the UK 😭
