Xpel Ultimate mask on 2014 or newer?

Have been doing research on this and had it put on my 2016 A8L. Several areas had what appeared to be "waves" after applied. Original installer tried a second time a new installation and same problem. Anyone else have this experience or can recommend an installer for this product in Denver CO. area

Wish I could help, but am unfamiliar with Denver area installers. We have Xpel on our '13 S8 and '17 Q7 Prestige. No waves, but our installer has been at it since Xpel came out.

Other threads say Xpel can be installed for less than 1/2 of what I paid. Not certain if those are "factory trained" installers or if you are guaranteed to get Xpel film. My installer here in Sarasota hands out the Xpel registration card and has a $10K computer driven film cutter for custom installs when templates do not exist.

Recommend you make certain the installer hands out the registration & has info showing factory training.

Call Xpel. They should be able to help you out. I've had very good luck with their customer service.
