Hi,

I’ve 2007 Audi A8L with 50K miles. I noticed a yellow car light glowing continuously. I can explain the sequence of things that takes place befor the light glows continuously.

1. When I start the ignition, on MMI screen, I could see all 4 options selectable (Lift, Comfort, Automatic & Dynamic).

2. At this point I can select any of the options and start driving the car.

3. After I drive may be for 5 minutes or so, the system is defaulting to Dynamic and rest other options are grayed out. The moment it grayed out, the yellow car light symbol lits on the dash and it glows continuously.

4. This pattern is consistent and it started a week ago. I drive the car daily to work less than 4 miles one way at the speed less than 35MPH.

5. I did checked the body how high it is from the wheels. Noticed the body is approximately 4” high from the front wheels and around 3” high from the back wheels.

6. When I check the manual, it is said the vehicle must be seen at the dealer ASAP if yellow light glows continuously.

7. I am not sure if any of the members faced the similar issue? If so is there any solution that can be fixed ourselves or it has to go to dealer and spend thousands of bucks.
