Coolant leak from tank

Just found a coolant leak under the bottle, which can be seen in attached pic.

is this simple fix or should I just take it to audi dealership?

notice coolant started leaking soon as it started getting below freezing... -10

I called audi and they said my factory warranty ended.

it's a 2015 Audi with 4 yrs warranty

Well in that case you are in the wrong forum. This is for the D5 2019 and up A8. If you have a 2015 A8/S8 then you need the D4 forum, next in the list
