Frankly, the weather here in PA has prevented me from taking any good photos! Rain or snow every day since I took delivery. I'll be able to take some good pics of it on Tuesday/Wednesday this week as it'll be completely detailed before getting its full front-end covered in PPF.

No ceramic coatings...going with XPEL's best PPF...Ultimate Plus grade. I had PPF installed on the entire front of my 2015 D4 (front bumper, headlights, full hood, full front fenders, A-pillars, and rearview mirrors) and it completely protected the paint from all stone and gravel impact. There were no paint chips on the car when I had it inspected at lease-end and turned it in. (Was concerned that AFS might want me to remove the PPF to get back to its "original" state but they were good with leaving it on.)
The D5 will get the same PPF coverage as the D4 plus any other areas that my installer thinks would benefit from having it in place. The pics I take of the car will be with the PPF installed...unless I get REALLY close to the the edge of the PPF near a panel seam, it is invisible.

Glad to hear that the D5 can be had with a spare tire. That's a big deal for me. In fact, I went to my dealer's unveiling of the Panamera, and its lack of a spare tire caused me to go with the D4 S8+. It's my understanding that the D5 and the Panamera share the same chassis, so I was concerned that the D5 would also drop the spare tire. Mike
