I cross posted this in the Q8 forum...looks like California (CARB) has approved the Q8 and A8L emissions last week. My (limited) understanding is that CARB requires federal approval before they approve. Hopefully this breaks the logjam at the ports for those who are waiting. Time will tell I guess.
