I got the device in on Friday. I bought the Pro version, but dont know how to get my activation key. Any ideas? Also, if I get it working, is there something you recommend I try?

I bought the digital download after I bought the non-pro version.

I would assume you would either get an email with your code, or that the App itself (if purchased through it) would automatically apply the Pro-version changes?

Yeah, i got an email with an invoice and a purchase order and I also logged into the order history page. I dont see it. I tried all the numbers in the documents and emails and none worked. I connected their support a few days ago, no response.

I remember that there was a small slip of paper that came with it, but I think that was the 200 free credit code. I keep thinking that the activate code was on a label in or on the box.

Okay, i just did the in app purchase for the pro version. I now have it unlocked.

So I tried to change the parking camera from 5 mph to 20 mph. When I go into the Swithc-off speed for parking assist it says Function canceled, marginal conditions have not been met. Any ideas? The car ignition is on but the engine is not. I can change other settings in the long code sections
