100 1993 Power Windows issue...

Default 100 1993 Power Windows issue...

throwing myself on the mercy of the court..

1993 100S V6- the white car in pic below left

I need exhaust work for (sept.) Inspection. That's bad enough (Left Side Exhaust manifold/leak) (12v V6)

Then now/ the windows.
They went down wouldn't go back up. Then did... Then went down...wouldn't.. go back... Had to Turn Key in drivers door- That lifted them all back up..

So that's where I'm at. All now - have gone dark/cold. Out.

Well, maybe it's the Ignition Switch. I had a new Ig Switch on stock and just now have removed old switch- plugged in new Ignition switch.

nothing. Windows still all dead.

I looked briefly at the welt that passes into door from Chassis. nothing obvious there. Moved around the Thermal switch/fuses in the secondary Fuse box under the hood.

nope. no change.

I dread this.


ANY Guesses Guys? Any?

FIXED. I Fixed my windows. Two Wires - (both)red/blue(stripe) one large/one small) In The Welt were Broken

ITS ALWAYS THE wires thru the door WELT
On the Older Cars

I SO HAPPY (I can wave again to all my friends out my windows) Thanks all
