Default 1993 100 quattro won't fire after had gasket swap

I just spent the last 10 months working on this pos and now i get no fire (cranks, won't start). Does anybody have a road map of the sensors? I have 1 extra sensor clip (large) left over. I have no more plugs, male or female. the big one at the bottom of the thottle body is plugged in & clipped btw.

The engine has no compression. Rotating the crank around, there's no discernible difference in effort anywhere. Timing belt is installed properly with marks and tools used. new head gaskets were installed with proper torque sequence. i checked both heads for flatness and poured alcohol in the combustion chambers to verify valve seats. one cylinder had a vertical scratch in it, but that's only one.
