Default Alternator issue please help

So I have a 1990 Audi 100 quattro and the alternator belt keeps losing tension, it makes no sense as all the bolts are in place amd properly tightened I dont have a stereo system In the car or anything, its happened about 8 times in a row now and I don't wanr to lose rhe belt I just check it every time I drive now...

Any help is much appreciated
