My car roof lining is sagging and want to know if it is still under factory warranty

Factory warranty in the USA is gone for a 2012 model.. Unless you bought the vehicle CPO.

BTW you have a C7 A6

I have this car in New Zealand. I imported it from Singapore. Its just A-6

I bought this A-6 from Singapore and imported it to New Zealand.

So you definitely have no warranty. Go to an automotive upholstery shop and they'll be able to fix it for you.
